In the past year I have had some maintenance issues that needed immediate attention. Joe and his team did an amazing Job!!! I would like to place extra emphasis on Jorge. He was always so kind, professional and caring to my needs. He is very knowledgeable and does an amazing job. The things I needed did not only make my living environment much better but most importantly, safer! My carpet had been bunching up as well as the tile on my bathroom floor causing a fall hazard for me. That was critical due to the fact that I recently had knee replacement surgery and still have ongoing knee issues. My surgeon had not been happy at all with the number of falls that I have taken in my home alone. Joe and Jorge should truly be commended for such an outstanding job. I’ve been here 4 years and I must say, my total living experience has over all been excellent! Although, COVID has caused some great delays, I have still been taken care of as if I am a personal family member. Honestly, the entire maintenance staff have always been amazing to me! If it were up to me, everyone on the maintenance team would get a sizable raise. For anyone who is seeking residence, the front office is filled with an amazing staff looking to get you in your new home!

I would like to give a big shout out to the amazing service that I received from Clint!!! He is always so pleasant, professional and caring! Honestly, all the service I received from the maintenance staff is awesome! They always treat me as if I’m the only tenant that lives in the community! They always seem so excited and happy to take care of my maintenance requests. With the COVID-19 pandemic, they are always executing the necessary steps to keep themselves safe as well as those around them. I am so grateful to live in a community where my happiness, security and comfortability is priority! The entire River Mews Team of Associates are Amazing!!!

I came to River mews in search for my new apartment. I had made an appointment the weekend before which was a very easy and fast process . Mr. Bennett Keene was very nice and welcoming. He showed us round the Doggwood town homes. My fiance and I fell in love as soon as we walked through the door. The closets were very nice and spacious. My favorite part was defiantly my nice big kitchen as well as the bathroom upstairs. He also told us there were two pools and a 24 hour fitness center which we looked at and were very excited about. We drove through the property and saw how nicely maintained everything looked and clean. It looks like a nice quiet neighborhood. It is also close by to many stores and restaurants. We are so excited to hopefully move in and put in our application right away.

Came to River Mews not expecting much but after meet Bennett, he really showed us why this is the best option for me. He was very detailed and well spoken about what River Mews had to offer and the amount of options they had to be as flexible to me as they could ever be. We took the golf cart around and saw how beautiful the landscape was and the saltwater pool is a big plus in my book. Will definitely look foward to living here.

The tour I took was awesome, the rental office was so beautiful. They had refreshments when you walked in, also I noticed that they had St. Patrick’s theme going on. Mr. Keene knew exactly what to say Its like he memorized everything from the amenities to what color cabinets there were in each apartment. River Mews seems like a nice place to stay and that is why I’m writing this review this is a good move to make.

Every concern that we had was addressed and any questions we had was answered on the spot. We were offered coffee and beverages, while we went over amenities and application information. This property is extremely beautiful and we hope to make this our home soon.

The river mews staff has been great to me since I first visited. They knew their property well and answered all of my questions on the spot, and gave solutions for all of my concerns. Moving forward, they were helpful throughout the application and move in process. They promptly respond to calls, emails, and requests. On top of it all, this was during the holiday season when people are often difficult to get a hold of. Thanks river mews, I am excited for my new home.
